Mary’s “Yes, let it be with me according to your word” took guts. It is not to be mistaken for “Whatever,” Jeffrey Sartain preached on Dec. 21. “Let it be” means we have seen a vision and are going to live into that vision—even in our relentlessly prickly, difficult world….
